The Management Committee of Queensland Fencing Association, Inc is pleased to invite members of the Association to the Annual General Meeting being held at Yeronga on Saturday 18 January 2025 at 9:30am.

Only registered Senior and Junior (over 18yrs) are eligible to vote at the meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to present the annual financial statements of the Association, elect office bearers for 2025, appointment of auditors, and approval of club affiliations. Members intending to attend the meeting through electronic means should contact the secretary by no later than 5pm 10 January 2025 to make suitable arrangements at lili.pan@qfa.org.au.

Nominations for committee positions are now open. If you wish to nominate, please see the attached nomination form. Please return this to the secretary (lili.pan@qfa.org.au) by 5pm 4 January 2025.
