This coaching course will provide the knowledge and skills required for fencers to become level 1 fencing coaches. The course is to be run by Acting Queensland Development Coach, David McFadyen and will include a range of instructors. Note that we can only accept registrations for prospective coaches who will be 16 years of age at the end of the course. 

Participants who complete all elements of level 1 certification by the end of June 2025 will receive a 50% refund on their fees supported by our base funding grant from the Queensland Department of Tourism and Sport. Further, female participants who complete the course by the end of June 2025 will recieve all of their fees back, supported by the Active Women and Girls grant, again from DTS.
