The Men's and Women's Sabre events have been cancelled.

The Foil events will now start at 2:30pm - please check back regulalry on updates to this time.

 

This is the Championship round of the QFA open circuit events for 2019 and is open to all registered Senior and Junior (>13yrs) members. Standard entry fees apply up to 6:00pm on 4/12/19 late fees apply after this. To compete in multiple events you must register and pay for each event individually.

All participants are required to assist with setup and pack down of the venue.

Veteran fencers (>40+yrs) will receive Veteran Ranking Points from the competition.

0730hrs              Women's Epee

1000hrs              Women's Sabre

1100hrs              Men's Sabre

1200hrs              Women's Foil

1300hrs              Men's Foil

Note: Times may be subject to change due to entry numbers.

**Where there are insufficent entries events may be cancelled or postponed.

Fencers are required to be ready to fence by the start of checkin. Events may start as soon as checkin closes. Fencers who are not present for checkin may be excluded from the event.

Competitions are fenced using full electric equipment including conductive masks. Fencers are expected to provide their own uniforms and equipment. Medallists will need a club shirt, jacket or full fencing whites for presentations.

The postponed U20 Women's Epee Championship event will be held following the Open event subject to heat and entry numbers.

Referees are to apply through the event registration system. Poules will be self-refereed.
