QFA is again supporting the Queensland Schools Individual Competition organized by The Fencing Club and hosted by Brisbane Girls Grammar School Fencing Club. The competition runs on four Sundays each year. The event focuses on building participation and skill development in school-aged fencers. All equipment is provided (although fencers are encouraged to use their own equipment if available) – fencers should wear comfortable sports clothing, preferably with a long sleeve shirt for added protection. A fencing glove is highly recommended, and fencers should use their own equipment where possible. All fencers are encouraged to bring a water bottle for use during the competition. For Epee, fencers should wear fencing jacket and breeches.

The cost for each event is $20. Competitors will need to be either School Fencer Members of QFA (Cost $20 for an annual membership) or QFA Junior Members ($65 dollars for an annual membership) – A membership form is also included on the reverse of this form.
